ARIZONA

Our Country was founded on the simple precept of freedom. Yet our freedom as a society, an individual and as a nation are constantly under attack by those who are short sighted and bigoted.

Whether they are religious, power mongers, overeducated tyrannts, or the unenlightened masses that cry travesty's where non exist and would have you believe that DISCRIMINATION however couched is acceptable under our very constitution.

Have these individuals forgotten we are a land of immigrants? Have they forgotton we are supposed to be a shinning example to the world of acceptance, tolerance, and justice for all? How can we hold ourselves as the pinnacle of society in this world if we act unjustly?

Immigration reform is necessary, but only with extreme caution and empathy for those who only strive for a better life. To condemn and legally punish human beings only trying to improve their lots in life is criminal.

Some of this nations greatest minds and most ardent loyalists were immigrants, we are a nation of foreigners. Just take a look at your own family histories, to reflect upon this truth.

Our systems are imperfect and they always will be. As utopia is a goal to strive for, yet subtley unattainable.

So change is always a necessity in some form, as we push for better but change is no excuse for a rush to an unconsciounable breach of our prime constitutional foundations of freedom.

If you truly believe Arizona's immigration reform is consitutional, then the world already has a name for you... TALIBAN... After all they love restricting freedoms. Have you forgotten your sons, daughters, wives, and husbands, are fighting to grant others the things you obviously take for granted?

And here you all are, slapping their valorous faces and sacrifices by acting the hypocrite right here at home...

Use your intelligience and show your compassion. Take it from someone who has unjustly lost their freedom.

My Political Platform "Common Sense"

Separation of Church and State ( Its in the U.S. Constitution )
Be religious, be spiritual, just dont force it on others.

MILITARY:
Do away with the UCMJ ( Uniform Code of Military Justice )
The civilian system is more than adequate.
The UCMJ is a relic of injustice, we have the U.S.Constitution, it works just fine.

In lieu of removing UCMJ separate military commands of judges/prosecutors/and defense
attorneys, it is unconsciounable to have undue command influence.

Create "task forces" that incorporate army, navy, marine, and airforce assets to respond to
trouble spots around the world. Reduces costs, increases efficiency, allows for small, more
mobile, better rounded capabilities from one force as opposed to many.

Do away with "Dont as dont tell" Good troops are good troops, GET OVER IT.

Stop corruption/abuse of power (Arrogance of Officers)

Military Appellate review should be conducted by civilian Federal Judges to ensure unbiased
Justice.

Do away with "Ferris Doctrine" it is archaic and unconstitutional.

PRISON REFORM:
Increase education to inmates to reduce reinstitution.
Exponge/Seal records of inmates who complete sentences and become productive members
of society.
Create job programs to benefit state/fed governments (reducing prison costs) filling
necessary jobs people dont want.
Create programs of rehabilitation that have victims groups inputs, balancing justice with
compassion.

EDUCATION:
Revamp public education with use of more technology.
Begin career tutoring in High School
Increase public education to an Associate Degree level
Offer government incentives to into much needed career fields ( Doctors, law enforcement,
nurses ect. )

HEALTH CARE/SOCIAL SERVICES:
Start savings programs for every American social security/medicare
Start holding HMO's responsible for financial irresponsibility ( higher costs/higher taxes )
Same with Pharmecuetical companies
Doctors Salaries

FOREIGN POLICY:
Stop trying to save everyone, create more world responsibility by forcing other countries
to take responsibility for their own lines.
If we stopped being "unemployment" for the world, we might actually be able to fix our
own problems.

QUESTIONS/CONCERNS:
or comments please let us know after all this is your country. "Freedom of Speech" is
paramount to Democracy. Our government has forgotten this.
